Автор более 150 рецензированных статей в ведущих международных журналах, в том числе таких, как Physical Review Letters. Неоднократно являлся приглашенным профессором в ведущих университетах. В 2011 года Виноградов А.Ю возглавил созданную в Тольяттинском государственном университете лабораторию Физики Прочности и Интеллектуальных Диагностических Систем.
